This Privacy Policy explains how Dwellix Tech LLP, located in Delhi, India, operates QueryRhino and handles information when you use our website, Google Sheets add-on, Microsoft Excel add-in, and related services.

What QueryRhino Does

QueryRhino acts as a pipeline between your selected data source and your spreadsheet. We help move data from services such as CRM, marketing, database, API, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Excel tools into the spreadsheet destination you choose.

We do not sell your personal information. We also do not use your source data for advertising.

Information We Handle

• Account information, such as your email address and authentication details.
• Configuration information, such as selected connectors, sync settings, saved mappings, and refresh preferences.
• Payment and subscription status handled through DodoPayments.
• Technical information, such as logs needed to keep the service reliable and secure.

Source Data

QueryRhino is designed to pass data between your data source and spreadsheet. We do not store your source data as a product feature. Some limited technical processing may occur transiently so the service can authenticate, fetch, transform, write, troubleshoot, and secure a sync.

Service Providers

We use third-party providers to operate the service, including Firebase for authentication, Google Cloud and Vercel for hosting and deployment, and DodoPayments for payments. These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services to us.

Third-Party Data Sources

When you connect a third-party service, you authorize QueryRhino to access the information required for the connector you choose. Your use of HubSpot, Salesforce, Google, Microsoft, and other third-party services is also governed by those companies' own terms and privacy policies.

Payments

Payments are processed by DodoPayments. We do not intentionally store full payment card details on our own systems. Payment records, subscription status, invoices, taxes, and related transaction data may be handled by DodoPayments and shared with us as needed to manage your subscription.

Children

You must be at least 13 years old to use QueryRhino. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Retention

We keep account, configuration, billing, and operational records only for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Your Choices

You may request access, correction, deletion, or support with your account by contacting us. Some data may need to be retained where required by law, payment records, security needs, or legitimate business purposes.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the service. No internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and you are responsible for protecting your own account credentials and connected-source permissions.

Language, Law, and Contact
