These Terms of Service govern your use of QueryRhino, a spreadsheet data connector operated by Dwellix Tech LLP, located in Delhi, India. By using the website, Google Sheets add-on, Microsoft Excel add-in, or related services, you agree to these Terms.

Service Description

QueryRhino provides a pipeline between data sources and spreadsheet destinations. The service helps users connect sources, map data, refresh spreadsheet outputs, and where supported, review write-back changes.

We do not store your source data as a product feature. You remain responsible for the data sources, credentials, spreadsheets, permissions, and workflows you choose to connect.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use QueryRhino. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Accounts and Access

Authentication may be provided through Firebase and third-party identity services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, access tokens, API keys, connected-source permissions, and spreadsheet permissions.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use the service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity.
• Do not attempt to bypass security, rate limits, billing, or access controls.
• Do not connect data sources unless you have the right to access and process that data.
• Do not use the service to infringe intellectual property, privacy, or contractual rights.

Pricing and Payments

QueryRhino offers a Free plan and a Pro plan priced at $9 per user per month. Payments are processed by DodoPayments. Taxes, exchange rates, payment method fees, and provider charges may apply depending on your location and payment method.

Refund Policy

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the relevant payment. Refunds may be denied where there is abuse, fraud, violation of these Terms, or substantial usage inconsistent with a refund request. To request a refund, contact tiwari.abhishektiwari23@gmail.com.

Third-Party Services and Logos

QueryRhino integrates with third-party services such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google, Microsoft, and others. All third-party names, logos, trademarks, and brands belong to their respective owners. Their display does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation unless expressly stated.

Infrastructure Providers

We use Firebase for authentication, Google Cloud and Vercel for hosting and deployment, and DodoPayments for payments. Availability of the service may depend on these providers and the third-party sources you connect.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee that every data source, API, spreadsheet, schedule, mapping, or write-back operation will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every user workflow.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dwellix Tech LLP will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or third-party service failures.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

Language, Law, and Disputes

The governing language for legal interpretation is English. These Terms are governed by Indian law. All disputes will be handled in Delhi, India.
